Manage janitorial tasks efficiently by restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations through industrial cleaning techniques when necessary. Support hospitality efforts by assisting visitors with directions or information while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Collaborate with team members to coordinate custodial activities during peak hours or special events for seamless operations. Follow established procedures for custodial and housekeeping management to ensure consistent quality across all public spaces. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety protocols to handle various cleaning tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards at all times. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while managing multiple responsibilities. Good communication skills to interact politely with visitors and coordinate with team members efficiently.
