Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication ensures every guest experiences a spotless, inviting atmosphere that encourages relaxation and satisfaction. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, polishing floors, and disinfecting surfaces Perform detailed floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, tile scrubbing, and floor waxing to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued guest satisfaction Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and eco-friendly products to maximize efficiency and sustainability Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to maintain overall facility excellence Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or sanitation roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, upholstery cleaning, and sanitation practices Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing extra care Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy items safely Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required •Training will be provided for this role•This energetic role offers an opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness.
