Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms. Execute detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain pristine conditions. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring all areas meet health safety guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services. Assist with light household chores such as organizing spaces or minor repairs when needed. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable, especially within residential or commercial settings. Experience in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning services will be considered an asset. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and floor maintenance. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments. Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism and effective communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with laundry operations or housekeeper management is a plus.
