Summary We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Best Western. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards. Ensure all areas are sanitized and maintained to promote a safe environment for guests and staff. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens as needed. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability for guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. Excellent customer service skills to enhance the guest experience. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
