Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, to ensure a pristine environment. Manage cleaning tasks with efficiency using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, and maintaining other flooring types for longevity and appearance. Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, janitorial services, or housekeeping roles; hotel experience is a plus. Strong skills in cleaning techniques across various environments including residential homes or commercial facilities. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients or residents. Prior experience with housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous but not required.
