Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Worker to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across our properties. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the overall well-being of our organization by upholding high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, one, two and three bedroom apartment homes, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health and safety guidelines. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance. Capable of meeting strict deadlines for apartment turns. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability. Follow established sanitation procedures to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution. Qualifications Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and sanitation practices. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet extractors is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
