Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring they are spotless and inviting. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance. Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, windows, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies. Monitor high-traffic areas regularly to promptly address spills or debris, preventing safety hazards. Follow established janitorial procedures for waste disposal, replenishing supplies like towels and toiletries in public restrooms. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to uphold hygiene standards across the property. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure consistent cleanliness standards and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Experience Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hospitality or hotel environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in general cleaning, floor care, and janitorial tasks are essential for success in this role. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service principles enhances your ability to contribute effectively. Previous housekeeping management experience can be advantageous but is not required; a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness is key.
