Qualifications:
Reliable transportation is required High school diploma or equivalent and/or qualified experience required Retail experience a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Able to lift up to 40 pounds Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to 8 hours a day Company provides: Starting pay is $6.50/hr plus tips (averages $15/$20 per hour) TABC certification must be completed online in 30 days of hiring, for which youll be paid Wine Club bonus paid 3 times/year (approx. $100-$150) Raise within 30-60 days based on proficiency to $7.50/hr plus tips 2 branded T-shirts upon hire - uniform is casual, comfortable shoes 50% employee discount on food and other purchases Script provided along with wine tasting and pairing education Team building activities On the job training
