Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation. Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep surfaces pristine and safe. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff. Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate equipment and eco-friendly products to maximize efficiency and safety. Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain facility integrity. Support the management team in implementing cleanliness standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on detailed cleanliness. Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Previous hotel or industrial cleaning experience is highly desirable for understanding industry-specific standards. Strong understanding of custodial procedures combined with excellent attention to detail. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest needs professionally.
