As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our hotel. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Perform detailed floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and managing industrial cleaning equipment as needed. Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently. Report maintenance issues or damages to management for swift resolution to uphold safety standards. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during off-peak hours to maintain overall facility excellence. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on high standards of cleanliness. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet extraction, polishing hard floors, and industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with hotel operations or experience in hospitality settings is highly desirable. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, extractors, and other janitorial tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy items, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
