Room Attendants are the backbone of a great hotel experience. You will clean, inspect, and prepare guest rooms to Hampton by Hilton standards each day. This is a physically active role that rewards hard work, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Availability on both weekdays and weekends is required.SHIFT SCHEDULE
Primary Shift:
Approximately 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM (varies by occupancy) Weekday and weekend availability required Holiday coverage expected
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Clean and inspect assigned guest rooms to Hampton by Hilton brand standards Make beds, change linens and towels, vacuum, dust, and deep-clean bathrooms Restock all in-room amenities and supplies to standard Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost and found items promptly Update room status accurately and communicate with the front desk team Maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart and storage closets Assist with laundry, public area cleaning, and deep-clean projects as needed Treat every guest room like it belongs to someone important — because it doesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred — but not required; we will train you A strong eye for detail and a high personal standard of cleanliness Ability to work independently and pace yourself across a full room board Physical stamina — this role involves standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs Dependable, punctual, and a team player Bilingual English/Spanish a plusWHAT WE OFFER
