We were recently named on the list of Best Places to Work in Multifamily (nationally), Presidium strives to create an environment of learning, support, and growth for all team members The Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the community's common areas and preparing units for move-in after maintenance has completed the make ready process Responsibilities Review daily work order priorities with the Lead Service Technician at the beginning of each day. Perform routine cleaning and daily upkeep tasks of all common areas and vacant units. Complete in a timely manner while utilizing the Housekeeping Checklist. Maintain a trash-free community by picking up litter and debris on property. Monitor the physical condition of the community and report maintenance issues. Responsible for the communicating a supply shortage of all supplies and equipment owned by the property to the Maintenance Technician Supervisor. Assist Lead Maintenance Technician in maintaining a clean and safe maintenance shop. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience with corporate housekeeping Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances, and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents Attention to detail Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods.
