Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure pristine conditions. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents' or clients' requests and addressing any concerns professionally. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care treatments to preserve the integrity and appearance of flooring surfaces. Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking as needed to ensure all cleaning tasks can be completed seamlessly. Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to promote a healthy environment for everyone. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry services and handling various cleaning equipment is preferred. Prior janitorial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
