Job Description

Job Overview Seeking a reliable cleaner for a room-rental property.
Duties include:
Cleaning and sanitizing bedrooms after guest move-outs or as needed Cleaning shared spaces including kitchen and bathrooms Changing bed linens and making beds Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting Reporting maintenance issues or property concerns
Schedule:
Flexible, on-call basis Work may be needed daily, weekly, or between guest stays Hours will vary depending on occupancy and cleaning needs
Requirements:
Reliable transportation Attention to detail Ability to work independently Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required Must be dependable and responsive to scheduling requests
