Full Job Description Duties:
- Collect dirty laundry, wash, fold and store according to brand standards
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities according to brand standard
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Inspect and notify appropriate person if not clean, something is missing, or any damage is noticed
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace as needed
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper usage, and safety precautions
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests and team
- Must be physically able to lift a 5 gallon bucket of detergent, fold laundry and reach and clean using appropriate body mechanics Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for the position.
