Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain floor care by applying appropriate cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, polishing, and buffing to preserve flooring quality Support sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' cleaning requests promptly and professionally Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in optimal condition Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning activities Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry procedures and handling various cleaning supplies safely Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable; hotel experience is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
