We have full kitchenette rooms. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated an detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial settings, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-presented. This role requires a commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care duties such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance. Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for use. Cook simple meals or assist with meal preparation when required. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs in a friendly manner. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Assist with commercial cleaning tasks in various settings as needed. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without supervision. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests and team members. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials is beneficial. Experience in hotel housekeeping is an advantage but not required.
