This role plays a key part in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests while supporting operational efficiency within the department.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, guest corridors, service areas, and back of house spaces in accordance with Hyatt standards Support housekeeping operations by delivering linen, removing trash, and assisting room attendants as needed Ensure prompt response to housekeeping requests and departmental needs throughout the shift Operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals in a safe and efficient manner following established procedures Maintain organization of storage areas, housekeeping closets, and supplies to ensure readiness and efficiency Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by leadership Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication with housekeeping colleagues and other hotel departments Promote Hyatt's Culture of Care through attention to detail and service excellence Qualifications Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate to heavy amount of weight, minimum of 50 pounds Ability to multi task and manage time efficiently Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
