The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all areas meet quality standards. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed while adhering to hotel standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized properly. Assist in the cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms as required. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment 1 year of previous housekeeping experience preferred Refined verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
