Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or clients' needs promptly and professionally. Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition. Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including scheduling and inventory control for cleaning supplies. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or hotel experience is highly valued. Skills in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care treatments. Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
