Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas. Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to achieve optimal results. Maintain detailed records of cleaned rooms and report any damages or maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies to ensure a secure working environment. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a focus on high standards of cleanliness. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality industry standards. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly. Experience with industrial cleaning or custodial practices is a plus, along with housekeeper management skills for supervisory roles.
