Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential spaces, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing Maintain floor care by sweeping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and residents Follow sanitation protocols meticulously to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Assist with janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and detailed custodial maintenance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus Experience with sanitation practices to ensure safe and hygienic environments Basic cooking skills are advantageous for supporting resident needs when applicable Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication to cleanliness and service makes a real difference.
