Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain floors through specialized care like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Prepare and cook simple meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic culinary skills to enhance guest or resident satisfaction. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment; this includes waste disposal and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly. Manage custodial tasks such as replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and performing routine maintenance checks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with janitorial procedures, sanitation standards, and floor care techniques is essential. Experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles will be advantageous. Knowledge of laundry processes and carpet cleaning methods enhances your suitability for this role. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Prior experience with kitchen duties such as cooking or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory. Certification or hands-on experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services will strengthen your application.
