Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, following established protocols. Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to achieve optimal results. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other hygiene products to ensure continuous availability. Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks. Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and prioritize tasks based on facility needs. Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Positive attitude with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is a plus but not mandatory.
