In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residential or commercial spaces, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting overall facility upkeep. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a welcoming atmosphere for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain floors through proper care techniques like sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor buffing to preserve their appearance and safety Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products as needed to maintain operational readiness Support housekeeping management in coordinating schedules and training new team members for optimal performance Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of janitorial practices Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform cooking-related tasks when required for hospitality settings or special events Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of laundry processes and custodial responsibilities in hotel or hospitality settings Familiarity with housekeeping management systems and best practices for maintaining cleanliness standards Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Join us in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable and cared for.
