As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or commercial spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to preserve their appearance and longevity Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote health and safety standards Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously Manage custodial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling and inventory control Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices or hospitality industry experience is a plus Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and safety protocols accurately Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
