Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality Manage janitorial tasks like waste removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with a focus on thoroughness and efficiency Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform janitorial tasks with attention to detail in both commercial and hospitality settings Experience with laundry operations and hotel housekeeping management is a plus Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Join us as a Cleaning Professional where your dedication transforms spaces into spotless sanctuaries!
