In this energetic position, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your proactive approach will contribute to a positive experience for visitors, staff, and patients alike, fostering a healthy and inviting atmosphere every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, offices, restrooms, and hallways using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and replenishing supplies regularly Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine flooring conditions Follow established protocols for environmental services to uphold health and safety regulations such as OSHA standards Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to support hospital or facility requirements Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold cleanliness standards Adhere to all safety procedures related to janitorial and custodial work to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Requirements Prior housekeeping experience in commercial cleaning or healthcare settings preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning protocols meticulously Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues Join us in creating a clean and safe environment where everyone feels comfortable!
