Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to ensure a pristine appearance. Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to meet residents' or guests' needs. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disposing of waste, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. Manage custodial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products to ensure operational efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation procedures, and laundry operations. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards. Good communication skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or guests. Experience with carpet cleaning equipment, floor polishers, and other housekeeping tools is preferred.
