In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents or guests. Your enthusiasm for cleanliness and customer service will ensure that every space meets high standards of sanitation and aesthetic appeal. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Conduct detailed floor care routines including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and maintaining overall floor appearance Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored Support housekeeping management in coordinating schedules, training new team members, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation is preferred Previous janitorial or hotel housekeeping experience is highly advantageous Basic understanding of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Join us to make a tangible difference in creating clean, inviting spaces where people feel comfortable and cared for!
