Responsibilities Handle all laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques Manage dry cleaning requests for delicate or specialty items with care and precision Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and laundry facilities to ensure safety and organization Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure smooth daily operations Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety standards to promote a healthy environment Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of all housekeeping duties Qualifications Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus but not required Knowledge of laundry procedures, cleaning techniques, and dry cleaning processes Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
