Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming room experience.
Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities Change linens and replace towels and other bathroom items Restock supplies such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and drinking glasses Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Follow hotel safety and hygiene standards at all times Maintain cleanliness in hallways, laundry areas, and housekeeping carts Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally Ensure lost and found items are reported and logged correctly
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required - we will train the right person) Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail and time management skills Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team Must be dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
