Part-Time Housekeeping Attendant About Us We operate a premium short-term rental and workforce housing community in West Texas. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and elevated experience for our guests and residents in the Permian Basin. Position Overview As a Part-Time Housekeeping Attendant you will be a member of our Odessa area property management team, reporting to our Cleaning Supervisor and Community Manager. As a Part-Time Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This includes cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, making beds, changing linens, restocking towels and amenities, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. You will also vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, empty trash, and handle laundry as needed. In addition, you will need to report maintenance issues or supply shortages and follow all safety and sanitation standards. Your efforts will ensure that both guest rooms and common areas are consistently, clean, organized, and inviting. Schedule This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week on a rotating two-week schedule as shown below: Week 1

• Monday through Friday
• Generally 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Week 2
• Saturday and Sunday
• Generally between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• 10-hour shifts each day based on property needs Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and dependable
• Able to stay calm and professional in stressful situations
• Able to work well with a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties daily
• Willing to occasionally respond to urgent property needs outside scheduled shifts
• Must currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Odessa, TX area
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

United States Compensation :
