Maintain cleanliness of public areas like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold the facility's overall appearance. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety. Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for both routine and deep-cleaning tasks. Adhere to health and safety standards at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain high standards of hygiene across the property. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued! Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering thorough cleaning services. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively.
