Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, whether they come from a background in hospitality, hotel management, or industrial cleaning. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while adhering to established cleaning protocols. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Requirements Previous experience in custodial services or housekeeping preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
