- Housekeeper Laundry
- Full-time The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas within our property.
Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and replenishing amenities to ensure a clean and inviting space.
- Clean and maintain public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Ensure all back-of-house areas, such as storage rooms and employee areas, are clean and organized according to established standards.
- Adhere to the established cleaning procedures, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
- Assist with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure efficient coordination and delivery of housekeeping services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, notifying the Housekeeping Supervisor when additional items are needed.
- Participate in departmental training programs and meetings to enhance skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
