Move In/Move Out Apartment Cleans V&J Services Plano, TX Job Details Contract $65 - $180 a day 15 hours ago Qualifications Attention to detail Cleaning Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Move In/Move Out Apartment Cleaners. This role involves preparing apartments for new tenants by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all living spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in residential or commercial cleaning. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop cleaning skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments between tenants, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Clean kitchens and bathrooms, including appliances, sinks, tubs, and toilets Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards and are presentable for new residents Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning tools are properly maintained (at your own expense) Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly Communicate effectively with property managers or leasing agents regarding any issues or special requests Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and floor care techniques Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with property managers and tenants Experience with carpet cleaning, laundry services, and general custodial duties is preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures This role is vital in ensuring apartments are move-in ready for new tenants while maintaining the highest level of cleanliness. Candidates who are dedicated, organized, and committed to quality work will thrive in this position. Will be needing to fill out W2 once starting with us. Please note that this is a part time job!
