Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a pristine environment. Your dedication to hospitality excellence will contribute directly to our guests' comfort and satisfaction. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces following established standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain a spotless environment Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning processes Follow safety protocols and hygiene standards consistently to protect yourself and guests Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold high cleanliness standards Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and customer service principles is a plus Experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles enhances your candidacy Join us in delivering an exceptional guest experience through meticulous cleanliness and hospitality!
