Job Description
Vacation Rental Housekeeper Join a Growing Lake Texoma Hospitality Team At Texoma Destinations, we create memorable Lake Texoma experiences. From waterfront glamping cabins and vacation homes to boats and event venues, our goal is to provide every guest with an exceptional stay from the moment they arrive. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Housekeeper who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces for our guests. This is a fast-paced position that combines indoor and outdoor work and requires teamwork with our maintenance, guest services, and management teams. If you enjoy staying active, working in a beautiful lake environment, and being part of a growing company, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Clean and prepare vacation rentals, cabins, and/or boats, and event spaces for arriving guests Ensure each property meets Texoma Destinations' cleanliness and presentation standards Restock supplies, linens, toiletries, and guest amenities Inspect properties for cleanliness, damages, and maintenance concerns Communicate maintenance needs and property issues to the appropriate team members Help create a positive guest experience by ensuring every property is guest-ready Work efficiently with fellow housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services team members Assist with seasonal projects and property upkeep as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or vacation rental experience is a plus but not required Why Work With Us?
