Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms Execute specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas Manage household chores efficiently while respecting client preferences and schedules Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any special requests or concerns Uphold safety protocols and proper use of cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Assist with custodial tasks in commercial or hotel settings when required, demonstrating versatility across different environments Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for eager learners Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry processes Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies is a plus; experience in custodial or janitorial roles is highly valued Valid driver's license or reliable transportation may be beneficial for travel between client locations Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills make homes brighter and healthier!
