Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents or guests. Your enthusiasm for cleanliness and customer service will ensure every space shines and every visitor feels valued. Whether working in residential settings, hotels, or commercial spaces, your dedication will help create a positive experience for all who enter. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure optimal hygiene standards. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floors through specialized care such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to keep surfaces pristine. Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal setup when required, ensuring a welcoming environment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously. Manage custodial tasks such as restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed rigorously. Support housekeeping management by coordinating schedules, training new team members, and maintaining cleanliness records. Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable. Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality settings is a plus. Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Knowledge of laundry procedures and handling various cleaning supplies safely. Background in housekeeping management or supervising teams is advantageous.
