Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' homes, listening to their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit Manage floor care duties including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to restore their shine and durability Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Follow safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices or housekeeper management is a plus Basic cooking skills are advantageous for assisting with light meal prep or kitchen tidying when needed Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us in delivering top-tier cleaning services that brighten our clients' lives!
