In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction of those we serve. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Execute specialized floor care procedures such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and performing carpet cleaning as needed Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Manage custodial tasks such as replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards consistent with health regulations and company policies Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with carpet cleaning and specialized floor maintenance equipment preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or schedules is a plus Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments where people feel valued and cared for!
