What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to uphold our high standards of cleanliness. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to create a pristine atmosphere. Manage laundry services by washing, folding, and storing linens and towels efficiently. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests with a positive attitude and professionalism. Conduct deep cleaning tasks as needed, including industrial cleaning projects that require special attention. Uphold janitorial best practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Basic qualifications Experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care procedures. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques. Proven track record of effective time management skills.
