The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and common areas. This position is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our guests, reflecting the high standards of our establishment. A background in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred, along with skills in industrial cleaning and custodial work. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to ensure a welcoming environment. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and guests. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
