Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our guest areas and facilities. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-quality hospitality experience while developing your skills in cleaning, custodial services, and hospitality management. Responsibilities Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet care to ensure a spotless appearance Assist with laundry duties including sorting, folding, and delivering linens and towels as needed Support housekeeping staff with inventory management of cleaning supplies and amenities Ensure all areas are well-organized, sanitized, and presentable at all times in accordance with health and safety standards Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and surface disinfection efficiently Support hotel operations by assisting with special cleaning projects Experience Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial roles is highly preferred Hands-on experience with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is advantageous Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures or custodial practices is a plus Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail in fast-paced environments Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles can be beneficial but is not mandatory Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional service!
