Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will elevate guest experiences! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across guest rooms, suites, and public areas. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following established protocols Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all furnishings are spotless and well-maintained Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to keep surfaces pristine Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any damages or repairs needed in a timely manner Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with special cleaning projects such as industrial cleaning or deep sanitation tasks as required Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial practices Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and housekeeper management practices is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into welcoming retreats!
