Job Description
Overview Our Creekside location is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Glo Sun Spa, a luxury wellness destination offering high-end tanning and advanced spa services such as UV tanning, sunless spray tanning, red-light therapy, hydration treatments, and infrared sauna. This position plays a key role in maintaining the spa's clean, comfortable, and upscale environment, ensuring every guest feels relaxed and well cared for. While experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality roles is helpful, we welcome applicants eager to learn and grow. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize equipment, treatment rooms, restrooms, hallways, and other guest areas. Change linens, towels, and spa coverings; wash, fold, and restock as needed. Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors to uphold spa appearance standards. Restock spa amenities, products, and supplies throughout the shift. Safely use and maintain cleaning tools and chemicals according to spa guidelines. Report maintenance issues or equipment concerns promptly to management. Remove trash, empty bins, and handle laundry according to established procedures. Maintain guest privacy and uphold spa confidentiality policies. Support team members and assist with other operational tasks as needed. Skills Previous housekeeping, custodial, or spa cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Bilingual abilities are not required, but they are encouraged and appreciated. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks. Dependable, punctual, and able to work within spa operating hours.
