Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas. Maintain sanitation protocols by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper waste disposal practices are followed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained properly and report any repairs or replacements needed. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with hotel housekeeping operations or housekeeper management is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and disinfectants.
