Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques. Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Assist in housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisors. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; restock as necessary. Follow safety protocols and adhere to health regulations while performing cleaning duties. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries. Skills Strong background in hospitality with a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Proficient in various cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Experience in industrial cleaning preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care methods and products. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work. Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is a plus. Familiarity with hotel environments is advantageous.
